DIGITAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Velora Crochet is a digital crochet pattern store operated by Kieu Ngoc LLC, Colorado, United States.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
All products sold by Velora Crochet are digital crochet patterns and downloadable files unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
No physical product will be shipped.
Your purchase does not include:
• A finished crochet item
• Yarn
• Crochet hooks
• Craft supplies
• Packaging
• Any other physical goods
Product photos are provided to show examples of finished projects that may be created using the purchased crochet pattern.
2. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Because Velora Crochet sells digital products, we do not provide physical shipping or delivery by mail or courier.
You will not receive:
• A shipping confirmation
• A tracking number
• A physical package
There are no physical shipping fees for digital pattern purchases.
3. HOW DIGITAL DELIVERY WORKS
After your payment is successfully completed, your purchased digital files will be made available electronically.
Depending on the checkout and digital delivery system, you may receive:
• A download link after checkout
• A download email
• Access to your purchased files through the order or download page
Most digital files are available shortly after payment is confirmed.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Digital patterns are normally delivered shortly after checkout.
In most cases, delivery is immediate or takes only a few minutes.
However, please allow up to 15 minutes for your download email or access link to arrive.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Email provider delays
• Spam or security filtering

• Temporary technical issues
5. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PATTERN
If you cannot find your digital download, please:
• Check your Spam folder
• Check your Junk folder
• Check your Promotions folder
• Confirm the email address used during checkout
• Search your inbox for “Velora Crochet”
• Allow up to 15 minutes after completing your purchase

6. DOWNLOAD RESPONSIBILITY
Once your digital files are available, we strongly recommend downloading and saving a copy to your personal device.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your downloaded files after purchase.
For convenient access, you may save your pattern to:

• Your phone or tablet
• A personal cloud storage account
• A secure backup location
7. INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
If you entered an incorrect email address and cannot access your purchase, please contact us with:

We will make reasonable efforts to help locate your order and provide access to your purchased file.
8. TECHNICAL DOWNLOAD ISSUES
If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong digital product, please contact us.

• A description of the problem
When possible, we will correct the issue by resending, replacing, or repairing the digital file.
9. FILE FORMAT
Most Velora Crochet patterns are supplied in PDF format unless otherwise stated on the product page.
You are responsible for having a compatible device and software capable of opening PDF files.
Common PDF readers include:

Because our products are delivered digitally, customers may purchase from supported countries without physical international shipping.

Failure to locate a download email does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
